Are you a technically minded Sales professional looking to join an established engineering business where you can develop your technical knowledge and play a key role in supporting customers and the wider sales team?
Do you enjoy working with technical products, preparing quotations and processing customer enquiries while building your knowledge within a specialist electronics environment?
This company is the UK arm of an established European engineering manufacturer. They supply specialist electrical control, monitoring, and safety products including relays, timers, and associated systems to industrial, infrastructure, and railway customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer interaction, administration and technical problem-solving, within a growing company that offers the opportunity to grow into field sales.
The Role:
*Manage incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and responsive service
*Develop a strong understanding of the company’s technical products and applications
*Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications
*Review customer drawings, specifications and product information where required
*Liaise with engineering and production teams to establish technical feasibility, pricing and lead times
*Process sales orders accurately and ensure all relevant information is communicated internally
The Person:
*Experience within Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Customer Service or a similar commercial role
*Electrical or Electronics background
