Full job descriptionDue to a significant increase in workload, we are looking for a motivated and organised Graduate Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced recruitment team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience in a professional office environment. Whether you’re considering a career in recruitment, business, HR, sales, or administration, this role will provide hands-on experience and exposure to the day-to-day running of a successful recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
*Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
*Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
*Screening and processing incoming CVs
*Uploading candidate information onto our CRM system
*Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
*Supporting consultants with a variety of administrative tasks
*Arranging interviews and confirming appointments
*Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
*General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
About You:
*Recent graduate or equivalent
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
*Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
*Positive, enthusiastic attitude and willing to get stuck in
