Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a range of supportive and inclusive primary and secondary schools across the Milton Keynes area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
The Role:*Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
*Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom preparation.
*Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities.
*Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN where required.
*Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
*Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will:*Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching, or support setting.
*Be patient, caring, and adaptable.
*Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Be committed to supporting students’ academic and personal development.
*Have a positive and proactive approach to learning support.
*Hold relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
