Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business improvement and change initiatives across a nationwide organisation.
You will work with teams across operations, finance, technology and sales to analyse data, understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities*Gather and document business requirements.
*Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
*Create reports and dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
*Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
*Support projects, system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
*Prepare process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
*Work with stakeholders to develop practical business solutions.
*Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Essential Skills*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Good Microsoft Excel skills.
*Excellent communication and attention to detail.
*Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Interest in business improvement, data and technology.
Desirable Skills*Power BI and/or SQL experience.
*Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies.
*Experience with process mapping, UAT or Agile.
*Experience within recruitment, logistics, operations or a service-based environment.
