What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and helping candidates secure their next career move.
Key responsibilities include:
*Developing and managing a portfolio of clients across Leicestershire.
*Building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
*Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
*Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates.
*Achieving individual and team revenue targets.
*Maintaining accurate records using Reed’s CRM and recruitment systems.
