Location: Reading
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5pm
Working Pattern: Office based
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing organisation operating within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional with strong ISO, audit, CAPA and HSE experience who enjoys being hands-on and making a genuine impact across a site.
Role Requirements
*Leading the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system
*Managing internal and external audits
*Owning CAPA processes and effectiveness checks
*Managing customer quality issues and complaints
*Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions
*Supporting supplier and subcontractor quality performance
*Monitoring compliance, risks, trends and KPIs
*Leading incident investigations and HSE activities
*Driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking
*Developing and delivering Q-EHS training across the site
About You
*Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems
*Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
*Experience leading audits and managing CAPA
*Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
*Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Package
*£55,000–£65,000 per annum
*Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00
*Office/site-based role in Reading
