An excellent secondary school in Westminster are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their outstanding team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside highly skilled and experienced staff who are committed to providing the very best educational experience for every pupil including those with SEN (ASD, ADHD and more).

The school is looking for a resilient, calm and proactive Learning Support Assistant who can provide support both on a 1 to 1 basis and within the classroom for those with SEN. You will work closely with students in Key Stage 3, 4 & 5, helping to support their social development and academic progress. This role will involve working with children who have a range of SEN, offering you the chance to gain valuable and rewarding experience.

Job Description - Learning Support Assistant
*Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
*Helping support students across KS3, KS4 and KS5
*Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with SEN/SEMH needs
*Monitoring progress and giving feedback to teachers
*Daily rates between £105 - £120 per day
*ASAP Starts - Full time


PERSON SPECIFICATION - Learning Support Assistant
*Previous experience working with children including children with SEN (ASD, ADHD and more)
*Be able to keep children engaged and motivated
*Working in a brilliant Secondary School in the borough of Westminster
*A degree from a reputable University
*A passion for education
