We are currently recruiting for an experienced Laser Operator to join a busy metal sheet fabrication environment in Nuneaton.


Shift: Monday – Thursday, 9:00pm – 7:30am
Pay: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour
Type:Temp to Perm

The RoleWorking Monday to Thursday on a 9:00pm – 7:30am night shift, you will be responsible for:

*Operating laser cutting machinery within a metal sheet fabrication environment


*Loading and unloading sheet metal and materials from the machines


*Setting and operating machinery safely and efficiently


*Carrying out quality checks on finished components


*Ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards


*Performing basic maintenance and routine checks on the machinery


*Reporting any faults or issues with the equipment


*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment


*Following all health & safety and production procedures




About You

The ideal candidate will have:

*Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery


*Experience within metal sheet fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment


*Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality


*The ability to work independently during night shifts


*A reliable and hardworking attitude


*Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to carry out routine machine maintenance
