Looking for a flexible HLTA role that fits around your availability? We are working with a number of primary schools in the area that are always on the look out for HLTA’s to support them on a supply basis.

The Role:*Support teaching and learning across a range of primary school settings
*Deliver engaging activities and interventions to support pupil progress
*Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
*Cover classes and provide PPA cover when required
*Work alongside class teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning
*Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment
*Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
What We’re Looking For:*Experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
*Confident, reliable and adaptable
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Passionate about supporting pupil progress
*Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Comfortable working across different primary school settings
*Available for flexible supply work
