We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as Care Assistants, Youth Workers, Teaching Assistants, Crisis Support Staff, and Childcare Practitioners.

Requirements*Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable UK experience in a children’s residential setting, youth care, or specialised childcare role.
*Core Skills: Strong emotional resilience, clear professional boundaries, and an understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
*Licence & Transport: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to commute across local sites.
