A rapidly growing, award-winning digital optimisation agency is looking for a CRO Manager to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRO professional to lead optimisation programmes for a range of well-known clients, working closely with analysts, UX specialists and developers to deliver meaningful business impact through experimentation and insight.
Responsibilities*Lead and manage CRO programmes across multiple client accounts.
*Develop data-driven optimisation strategies and testing roadmaps.
*Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, heatmaps, user research and experimentation data.
*Build and present recommendations and insights directly to stakeholders.
*Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements*Proven experience in CRO, experimentation or digital optimisation.
*Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholders, ideally within an agency environment.
*Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
*Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
*Experience mentoring or managing colleagues.
*Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
Nice to Have*Experience with platforms such as VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target or similar experimentation tools.
*Background in analytics, development or implementation.
