Service Service is recruiting for experienced Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers to join a well-established organisation covering multiple areas across East Anglia.
This is a field-based role carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on domestic heating systems. You will work independently across a range of properties, managing both planned and reactive work while providing a professional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
*Service, maintain and repair domestic heating systems
*Diagnose faults and carry out effective first-time fixes
*Complete safety checks, certification and accurate documentation
*Provide excellent customer service during every visit
*Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs
*Manage vehicle stock, materials and equipment
*Work safely and in line with Gas Safe and company procedures
About You
*Proven experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
*Current ACS and relevant domestic gas qualifications
*CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, HWSS1 and CMDDA1
*Water Regulations (WREG) qualification
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*Good communication and customer service skills
*Able to work independently and manage your own workload
