IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on an MOD site in Shrivenham, Swindon for 2 years.
The start date is immediate and workers must be available from 7:30am. Free on-site parking is provided.
What We Offer*£18.00 per hour Umbrella or CIS.
*2 years’ work.
*Immediate start.
*Free on-site parking.
*Supportive team and reputable contractor.
Key Duties*Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.
*Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.
*Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.
*Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.
Requirements*Valid CSCS card.
*Current Traffic Marshall / Banksman certification.
*Full PPE, including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, steel-toe boots, gloves and goggles.
*Strong communication skills and reliability.
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Photo ID for site access.
