Director of Quant OperationsThis is a senior leadership role within a global healthcare research business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the quantitative operations function, overseeing team performance, operational delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across the business.The CompanyThey are an established global research organisation supporting clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The business delivers quantitative and qualitative research services and is continuing to develop its operational capability to support client growth and delivery standards. This role will play an important part in supporting that development.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the quantitative operations team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:*Leading and developing the quantitative operations team
*Managing resource planning and project allocation across the function
*Establishing and maintaining operational processes and quality standards
*Working closely with client services and senior leadership to support successful project delivery
*Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Supporting training, development, and succession planning within the team
*Monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements where required
*Ensuring compliance with industry, client, and quality standards
Your Skills & Experience*Strong experience within quantitative market research operations
*Healthcare or pharmaceutical research experience
*Experience managing and developing operational teams
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency
*Strong project management and organisational skills
*Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
