We’re recruiting for an Email Marketing Executive to join a growing business based in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to take ownership of email marketing activity, creating engaging campaigns and automated customer journeys that drive customer engagement, sales, and retention.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, build, test, and send email campaigns using Klaviyo.
*Write engaging copy and create eye-catching email content.
*Build and optimise automated email flows and customer journeys.
*Segment audiences to deliver personalised, relevant communications.
*Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continually improve results.
*Conduct A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content, send times, and customer journeys.
*Maintain a healthy email database and ensure GDPR compliance.
*Monitor deliverability to ensure emails reach customers’ inboxes.
*Produce regular performance reports and share insights with the wider e-commerce team.
*Stay updated with email marketing best practices, new Klaviyo features, and industry trends.
*Support the Ecommerce and Marketing team with marketing and creative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
*Strong design skills with the ability to create polished, on-brand visuals for email content.
*Excellent written communication skills and a good eye for detail.
*Passion for creating engaging customer experiences.
*Ability to analyse data, test new ideas, and use insights to improve performance.
