Pro Finance is partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a qualified Financial Reporting Manager to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional with strong statutory accounts and consolidation experience to take on a varied role combining technical delivery, client management, and team leadership.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting services while supporting and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
*Prepare and review statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP.
*Manage complex group consolidations and technical accounting matters.
*Review financial statements and supporting working papers.
*Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
*Support workflow management, coaching, and development of junior staff.
*Drive process improvements and help maintain reporting quality standards.
About You
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
*Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts within practice.
*Solid knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
*Experience of group consolidations and financial reporting.
*Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills.
*Previous mentoring or team supervision experience is advantageous.
