What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing enquiries from prospective buyers via phone, email, and online channels.
*Proactively contacting qualified leads and arranging property viewings.
*Guiding customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry through to reservation.
*Building strong relationships with buyers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
*Working closely with mortgage and property professionals to support customers throughout the process.
*Visiting various new build developments and becoming an expert on the properties available.
*Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous estate agency experience is highly desirable.
*Strong sales experience within a target-driven environment such as property, recruitment, automotive, telecoms, retail sales, or similar.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Highly motivated, confident, and commercially minded.
*Ability to work weekends on a rota basis.
*Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
