Full job descriptionEcommerce Manager – Warwickshire – £36,000–£40,000 + Performance Bonus
Our client is an award-winning, design-led lifestyle products brand based in Warwickshire, selling direct-to-consumer online and wholesale to leading retailers and concept stores across the UK and internationally.
They’re looking for a commercially-minded Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of their B2C online performance and drive the next phase of digital growth.
This is an office-based position with 5 days a week in the office.
Benefits of an Ecommerce Manager:
*£36,000–£40,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager:
*Owning ecommerce revenue growth, conversion rate optimisation and average order value across the company website
*Planning and running performance marketing across Google Ads, paid social, SEO and email
*Managing and optimising listings across Amazon and other marketplaces
*Turning data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
*Supporting the wholesale team with digital initiatives and consistent brand presentation
What we’re looking for:
*Proven ecommerce or digital marketing experience in a commercial role
*Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels
*Confidence with ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience a bonus)
*A proactive, data-driven, hands-on approach
