Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:


* Advising clients on wills, trusts and estate planning matters
* Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration work
* Advising high net worth individuals and families
* Supporting clients with inheritance tax and succession planning
* Advising landowners and clients with agricultural or significant property interests
* Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and related legal documentation
* Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
* Managing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to completion


Profile
The Private Client Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor with 0 to 5 years PQE
* Experienced in private client matters, ideally including wills, trusts and probate
* Confident advising clients on estate planning and succession matters
* Comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals and complex estates
* Able to demonstrate strong technical legal knowledge and attention to detail
* An excellent communicator with a professional and personable approach
* Commercially aware with the ability to develop lasting client relationships
** Organised and capable of managing a varied caseload independently
Job Offer
*A competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000
