Full job descriptionFacilities management assistant needed in Nottingham, £13.91ph PAYE - Reference: 1774181
Enhanced DBS required 1.To assist the Account Manager by supporting the management of service delivery and customer satisfaction within a designated number of area-based sites. (Facilities Management Service Level Agreements/Contracts) 2.To undertake an active role in the recruitment, retention, and training / development of frontline Building Cleaning employees through application form assessment and interviewing candidates for cleaning and caretaking positions. 3. To meet and visit customers to ensure the service is providing high levels of customer satisfaction via discussions and planned meetings to review service performance at agreed and required standards. 4. To undertake site visits daily to ensure frontline employees are delivering high service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction. To record visits and provide inspections/audits to aid Account Managers in ensuring service standards are maintained as per contract requirement. 5. To plan, review and allocate mobile employees to sites in order to ensure absences occurring through employee sickness , absence and annual leave are covered satisfactorily.
