Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:


*Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency
*Show an ability to plan & prioritise workloads & delegate accordingly
*Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development
*Knowing company history, vision, mission & values
*Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
*Continuously assisting in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines
*Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database
*Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers
*Continuously working with the "company way" of selling to optimize yours and the teams’ personal sales performance
*Guarantee a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints
*Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties
*Attend meetings when company representation is required and conduct behaviour appropriately
*Attend learning & development workshops to develop relevant brand knowledge and skills
*Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld
*Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team


Minimum Skills and Experience:


*Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using a till system
*An imaginative thinker who will contribute new ideas for the improvement of the company
*A positive and inspiring personality

*Excellent communication skills
*Honesty and Integrity
