The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Operative to join a growing team covering sites throughout Northern Ireland.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve maintaining commercial properties to a high standard both internally and externally. A company van will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking pride in their work, and delivering a high-quality service.
Key Duties
*Window cleaning of commercial premises
*Gardening and grounds maintenance
*Power hosing and external cleaning duties
*General maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas
*Internal cleaning of commercial buildings where required
*Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard
*Safe use and care of equipment and company vehicle
*Travelling to different client locations across Northern Ireland
What We’re Looking For
*Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable individual
*Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
*Good attention to detail
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role would be advantageous
