This entry-level position is ideal for a school leaver, recent graduate, or someone at the beginning of their career journey who has a genuine interest in financial services. You’ll gain valuable experience supporting both clients and advisers while developing a strong foundation of knowledge within the financial planning profession.

About the Role
As a Trainee Client Service Team member, you will play an important role in supporting advisers, paraplanners and clients by delivering a range of essential administrative and client service functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing portfolio and client reports
Producing pre-meeting documentation
Reviewing and correcting client cash accounts
Drafting client servicing correspondence
Maintaining accurate records across business systems
Providing administrative support to advisers and paraplanners
Assisting with additional client service activities as required
This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development, relationship building and future career progression within the business.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Previous office administration or customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
Ability to maintain high standards whilst completing repetitive tasks
A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
An understanding of the services offered by financial services businesses would be beneficial.
Qualifications
Minimum GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) or above.
