The Opportunity
A well-established maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing-Biased Multi Trader to join its growing team. Providing property maintenance services to commercial clients, landlords, tenants and educational establishments, this role offers a varied workload across planned and reactive maintenance projects.

The Role
Working across commercial and educational properties, your primary focus will be plumbing maintenance and repairs, alongside a range of general multi-trade duties.
Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations
*Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
*Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sanitaryware and pipework
*Completing general building maintenance works
*Undertaking basic carpentry, decorating and patch plastering tasks
*Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
*Delivering excellent customer service whilst on site
*Maintaining company standards and compliance with health and safety procedures
Requirements
Essential
*Proven experience as a plumber within a maintenance environment
*Strong multi-trade skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
*Strong customer-facing approach
Desirable
*NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent Plumbing qualification
*Experience working within commercial properties, schools or public sector environments
*Additional trade skills such as carpentry, decorating, roofing repairs or general maintenance
