We’re looking for a passionate Learning Quality Specialist to support high-quality tuition delivery across the North. The RoleAs a Learning Quality Specialist, you’ll work closely with tutors, managers, and local authority partners to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner engagement are achieved.
You’ll play a key role in supporting contract delivery, improving quality standards, and helping learners reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities*Observe tutor sessions (online and face-to-face) and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
*Support tutor development through mentoring, coaching, and CPD initiatives.
*Review learner progress reports and quality standards to ensure excellent outcomes.
*Monitor attendance, engagement, and progress data to identify opportunities for improvement.
*Manage and support local authority contracts, ensuring KPIs and compliance requirements are met.
*Ensure accurate collection and reporting of learner progress data.
*Support safeguarding and compliance processes, including audits where required.
*Deliver and support Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards.
*Build positive partnerships that enhance social value and community engagement.
About You*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Passionate about education and improving learner outcomes.
*Strong understanding of effective teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
*Comfortable observing lessons and providing developmental feedback.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
*Able to use data to evaluate performance and drive improvement.
*Knowledge of safeguarding requirements.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North.
