We’re looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a busy operational site and work closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team.
Contract Duration: at least until end of Jan 2027 (likely be to the end March)
Mode : 4 days office, 1 day remote
Location: Aylesbury
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
*Provide financial analysis and commercial insight
*Business partner with operational teams
*Support cost control and continuous improvement
*Challenge assumptions and identify performance opportunities
About You:
*Qualified or part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
*Experience in manufacturing or operational environments
*Strong analytical and business partnering skills
*Proactive, hands-on and commercially focused
