Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
*Proven experience in strategic account management, business development and consultative B2B sales
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*The ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
*A results-driven mindset focused on achieving targets.
*Good analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs.
*Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
*A full UK driving licence.
*Knowledge of plastics is highly desirable.
