Oxford | Hybrid Working | 7+ PQE | Full or Part-Time | Legal 100 Firm
Our client, a leading Legal 100 law firm, is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its growing team in Oxford at Senior Associate level.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 7+ PQE Court of Protection lawyer with strong experience in property and affairs, deputyship and managing substantial compensation awards, particularly for vulnerable and catastrophically injured clients.
The Role
*Manage a complex Court of Protection and deputyship caseload
*Handle Court of Protection applications, annual reports and ongoing Deputy matters
*Advise on property and financial affairs
*Manage substantial personal injury compensation awards
*Advise on Personal Injury Trusts and compensation protection arrangements
*Make financial decisions and advise on best interests
*Build strong relationships with clients, families, Deputies, Trustees and other professionals
*Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the team
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 7+ PQE
*Strong experience in Court of Protection and property and affairs
*Experience managing vulnerable and/or catastrophically injured clients
*Confident handling a complex caseload with minimal supervision
*Experienced in Court of Protection applications and deputyship management
*Strong communication and client relationship skills
