Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated HLTAs to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Cambridge, with immediate starts available.
The Role:
As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Responsibilities include:
*Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
*Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
*Working with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
*Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
*Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
*HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
*Previous experience working within a primary school setting
*Strong classroom management skills
*Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
