Full job descriptionAs an Electrical Engineer in Wolverhampton, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting, designing, and implementing solutions to keep operations running efficiently.

This position is with a company in the Energy sector based in Birmingham.
Description
*Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
*Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (1 in 4 weekends on call 06:00-14:00)
*Design and implement electrical solutions to support operational needs.
*Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
*Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
*Identify and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
*Assist in upgrading and improving existing electrical systems and processes.
*Prepare technical reports and documentation for projects and maintenance activities.
*Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Profile
A successful Electrical Engineer should have:
*A solid background in electrical engineering within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
*Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues effectively.
*Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in electrical engineering.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
