Position: Cleaning Operative
Location: Holloway, North London

Role Summary
We are seeking professional and dependable Cleaning Operatives to support end-of-term turnover within student accommodation. The role involves conducting check-out procedures, performing thorough cleaning duties, and assisting with furniture relocation as required.

Key Responsibilities*Check-out inspections to ensure rooms meet departure standards
*Deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
*Furniture movement including repositioning beds, desks, and chairs
*Room preparation for incoming residents
*Waste removal and general upkeep of shared spaces
Candidate Requirements*Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
*Strong attention to detail to maintain accommodation standards
*Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
