Term time: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Non–term time: 9am – 3pm

About the Role
As a key member of our Education Team, you’ll work closely with our Education Delivery Co-Ordinator’s to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality delivery of our tuition services. Every day is different, and your support will directly contribute to positive outcomes for young learners.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high-quality candidates
*Providing responsive support to our tutors, learners families and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional service delivery
*Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
*Sending, tracking and chasing time sheets
*Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team
What We’re Looking For
*Previous administration experience (essential)
*Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
*Confident and professional phone manner
*Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
*A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and goal-focused approach
*High attention to detail and strong initiative
*Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
