My client is looking for an ACA/ACCA-qualified Audit Manager to join their growing and forward-thinking firm. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, and play a key role in developing and mentoring audit teams.
The Role
*Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients and act as their trusted advisor.
*Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency.
*Manage budgets, resources and deadlines across multiple assignments.
*Provide technical guidance and resolve complex audit matters.
*Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
*Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
About You
*ACA or ACCA qualified.
*Previous experience managing an audit portfolio.
*Strong technical audit knowledge and client-facing skills.
*Proven experience leading and developing teams.
