Based near Weybridge, Surrey
Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Full-Time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support growth, improve margins, optimise cash flow, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards.
*Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs, and profitability.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modelling.
*Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
*Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, efficiency, and profitability.
*Monitor working capital, debtor performance, and cash generation.
*Support pricing decisions, business cases, and investment analysis.
*Ensure financial controls, VAT compliance, audit readiness, and statutory reporting.
*Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and finance system enhancements.
About You
Essential
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified.
*Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering.
*Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable commercial insight.
*Strong forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management skills.
*Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
*Excellent communication and Excel skills.
Desirable
*Exposure to pricing, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support.
*Experience working within a high-growth or scaling environment.
