We’re looking for a Gardener to support the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated.


Internally referred to as Grounds Maintenance Operative


What you’ll do:


*Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions
*Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking
*Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects
*Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
*Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner
*Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained


What we’re looking for:


*Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role
*Reliable, organised, and able to manage your daily workload
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team
*A positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service
*Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
