Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established national RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
*Work alongside the project team and deliver large-scale projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare design stake risk assessments and detailed design information
*Produce documents for statutory approval authorities
*Administer contract and project certifications
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
*Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
*Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership
*Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
*Proficient with Revit
*Managed large-scale projects across various sectors
*Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
*Ability to work well independently and within a team
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
*Full UK Driver’s license
