We’re looking for an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team as a Sales Advisor here at Direct365. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales activity and wants to play a key role in driving business growth.
You’ll engage with key decision-makers across a diverse range of SME customers, converting enquiries into sales, identifying cross-sell opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. If you’re target-driven, commercially minded and motivated by success, we’d love to hear from you.

The Sales Advisor role at Direct365 will involve:*Handle inbound calls, emails and web enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
*Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
*Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
*Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale.
*Identify and maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
*Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on all prospects in a timely manner.
*Accurately record customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system.
*Work towards and achieve sales, conversion and activity targets.
*Complete required documentation and compliance processes.
*Contribute positively to a supportive, high-performing team environment.

The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor at Direct365 will have:*Proven Telesales or contact centre sales experience.
*A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
*Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
*A professional and engaging telephone manner.
*Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
*A proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
*Commercially minded with a passion for sales.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
*A team player who enjoys contributing to collective success.

In return for your commitment and expertise, you’ll benefit from:*A good salary of £26,000 plus OTE £32,000 in a permanent full-time position.
