Insolvency ManagerLiverpool | £35,000-£45,000 DOE | 30 Days’ Holiday | Study Support
Are you an experienced insolvency professional looking for more varied and interesting corporate casework?
We’re recruiting an Insolvency Manager to join a well-established Liverpool team. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, including assignments involving large owner-managed businesses and corporate clients.
With no bank-panel work, this is an opportunity to gain broader exposure, take greater ownership of your cases and continue developing within a supportive team.
The RoleAs Insolvency Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases

*Handling cases from initial appointment through to closure

*Preparing statutory reports and case documentation

*Liaising with company directors, creditors and professional advisers

*Conducting investigations and ensuring statutory deadlines are met

*Supporting senior colleagues with larger and more complex assignments

*Reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members

*Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking ForYou’ll need:
*Previous experience managing corporate insolvency cases

*Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and statutory requirements

*Excellent organisation and case-management skills

*Confidence communicating with directors, creditors and professional advisers

*The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

*CPI qualification, current CPI studies or an interest in beginning the qualification
