*Qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
*Experienced at Band 6 or Band 7 level, ideally within an NHS or hospital environment
*Confident working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
*Professional, reliable and committed to delivering excellent patient care
*Available for locum work in Kent
