*Develop and implement innovative lesson plans and curriculum materials.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices.
*Support students in their personal and professional development.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
*Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or a related field.
*Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Requirements:
*Degree or equivalent qualification in beauty therapy or related discipline.
*Professional certifications in relevant beauty treatments.
Experience Requirements:
*Experience in teaching or training within the beauty sector.
*Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students.
