Description
The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor will be:
*Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters including RTA, employer liability and public liability claims.
*Conducting liability, causation and quantum assessments to progress claims efficiently.
*Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing representatives.
*Providing high levels of client care throughout the claims process.
*Contributing to the continued growth and success of a specialist litigation team.


Profile
The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor should be:
*A qualified solicitor with expereince in personal injury litigation.
*Experienced in handling RTA, employer liability and/or public liability claims.
*Commercially aware with strong negotiation and case management skills.
*Committed to delivering exceptional client service.
*Organised, proactive and capable of managing a busy caseload effectively.
