Full job descriptionWe are working with a luxury residential development in London NW8 comprising exclusive residences. Known for their very personal relationship with residents and a commitment to providing a genuinely high level of service, our client is looking for someone who understands the standards expected within a luxury environment.

Ideally, we are seeking someone who already has Night Concierge experience within a high-end residential development, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment. Previous experience working nights is important, as the successful candidate needs to understand the responsibility that comes with managing a luxury development overnight.

The right person needs to be:

*Naturally service-focused and comfortable building good relationships with residents


*Reliable, observant and proactive


*Able to work independently overnight and complete required patrols, checks, handovers and operational duties


*Calm and confident when dealing with emergencies or unexpected situations


*A strong team player who is willing to support colleagues


*Comfortable following procedures and maintaining accurate records


*Flexible and open to taking additional overtime shifts when available

Additional Details
*Shift Pattern: 4 nights on / 4 nights off, 12-hour shifts


*Salary: Starting salary of £31,000 per annum


*Benefits/Reviews: The Board reviews staff performance and salaries periodically. Subject to performance and the Board’s discretion, there may be opportunities for an annual salary review and a Christmas bonus (not guaranteed).
