My client is looking for a Property Consultant to join their team, you will be working in the Head Office supporting the branches. Proven telephone sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Duties:
*To provide support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department
*Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate interest and secure appointments
*Respond promptly to inbound enquiries
*Providing accurate property information
*Identifying all business opportunity
*To maintain and update the CRM system
*Prompt follow up and qualification of website leads
*Support marketing campaigns
*Meet and exceed agreed individual appointment and conversion targets

*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
*Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
