Are you an experienced cook looking for a rewarding role within a school environment?
We are seeking a School Cook to join a welcoming school in Maldon, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
About the Role
*Monday to Friday
*7:00am - 2:00pm
*£14.50 per hour
*Preparing and serving meals from a set menu
*Catering for 100+ covers per service
*Leading by example and supporting a team of 8 catering staff
*Ensuring high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and food quality
*Potential temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
Requirements
Previous experience catering for at least 100 covers per service

Strong organisational and teamwork skills

Experience working within a busy kitchen environment

Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Ability to support and coordinate a team of 8 staff members
