Full job descriptionNew Homes Sales Consultant - Ebbsfleet / Northfleet / Dartford
Want to earn £50k+ in sales and build a career in property? Join a growing new homes team with strong commission and a route to permanent employment.
You’ll be managing customers from initial enquiry through to completion, conducting viewings, negotiating and closing sales.
What’s on offer?
*£30,000-£32,000 basic + commission (£50k OTE)
*Temp-to-perm - prove yourself and secure a permanent role
*Based at the nearest site to you across Ebbsfleet, Northfleet or Dartford
*10am-5pm, Tuesday & Wednesday off
*Excellent opportunity to move into the new homes sector
You’ll need:
*Proven success in a target-driven sales environment
*Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
*A confident, commercial and motivated approach
*Full UK driving licence
*Flexibility to work weekends
*Availability to start immediately, is preferred
