Pertemps is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well established and growing business in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail who are looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

This role involves hand-finishing and ironing garments and linen to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all times.

Shift Pattern:
*Monday to Friday
*16:00-00:00 (Evening/Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
*Hand ironing and finishing garments and linen individually
*Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch
*Counting items accurately and maintaining production records
*Packing finished products ready for distribution
*Checking order numbers and customer details carefully
*Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift
*Following all health and safety procedures
*Keeping work areas clean and organised
What We’re Looking For:
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work accurately and consistently in a factory environment
*Good numeracy skills and confidence counting stock quantities
*Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures
*Reliable and committed attitude
*Previous production, manufacturing, laundry, finishing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
*Willingness to complete the induction and training programme
