Remedy Education is working with a specialist SEMH school in East London that is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring the premises are safe, secure, well maintained and compliant.
The Role*Overseeing the general maintenance and security of the school site

*Managing contractors, repairs and site-related issues

*Carrying out regular health & safety checks

*Supporting with fire safety, risk assessments and compliance

*Opening/closing the premises where required

*Managing stock, equipment and site records

*Using school systems, email and Microsoft Office confidently

Requirements*Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities experience

*Must be IT literate and confident using computers and electronic systems

*Strong knowledge of health & safety

*Reliable, organised and able to work independently

*School experience is highly desirable

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
