London (City) | Hybrid | up to £42,000 + Bonus/Benefits
We’re assisting a highly regarded Wealth Management firm seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their growing team.
You’ll maintain high standards of accuracy, manage key workflows, and play an important role in delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients. This is ideal if you’re looking to take greater ownership of processes within a people-focused organisation with a strong culture and genuine commitment to development.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
Review and correct client cash accounts
Draft client servicing correspondence
Maintain internal systems and workflows
Support advisers and paraplanners with client servicing activities
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
Support team training and development
What We’re Looking For:
Previous client servicing experience within financial services
Wealth Management experience
Excellent organisation, time management and written communication
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Self-motivated, results-driven team player
Good understanding of financial services industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
Intelliflo experience desirable
