Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving faults, and responding to user queries.
*Act as the subject matter expert for Niche, Pronto, and related operational systems.
*Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and improvements.
*Design, develop, configure, and implement system solutions in collaboration with ICT teams and third-party suppliers.
*Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, upgrade testing, and functionality testing.
*Facilitate user groups and stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and prioritise future developments.
*Provide specialist guidance and advice to operational and senior stakeholders.
*Produce detailed reports, recommendations, and business cases to support decision-making.
*Support wider business change and transformation projects across the organisation.
*Build effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and operational departments.
