The Role:
*Supporting pupils in the classroom
*Working alongside teachers and school staff
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support
*Helping pupils with their learning and development
*Building positive relationships with children and young people
*Supporting classroom activities and school routines
*Gaining valuable experience within a professional education setting
Who We’re Looking For:
*Recent graduates or university students
*A genuine interest in working with children and young people
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Enthusiastic, patient and approachable
*Reliable and professional
*Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
